Privacy Policy for Frame: Focused Breathing

Overview
Frame: Focused Breathing ("Frame," "the app") is designed to work entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. There are no user accounts, no backend servers, and no analytics or advertising services built into the app.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information. Frame has no sign-in, no account creation, and no way for us to identify you or track your usage. All session history, breathing pattern preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device data storage frameworks, and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Health Data (HealthKit)
With your permission, Frame reads and writes mindful-minute session data to Apple's Health app, using Apple's HealthKit framework:
When you complete a breathing session, Frame logs it as mindful minutes in Health, so it's reflected alongside any other mindfulness activity you track.
Frame reads your mindful-minute history from Health to display your session history and streaks within the app.
This data exchange happens entirely on your device through Apple's HealthKit APIs. We never receive, transmit, or have access to this data ourselves — it stays within Apple's Health ecosystem on your device (and syncs only through Apple's own iCloud, if you have that enabled, which is entirely outside our control and visibility).
You can revoke Frame's access to Health data at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Frame.
Third Parties
Frame does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any information to share in the first place.
Children's Privacy
Frame does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect personal information from any user.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future version of the app adds a feature that involves data collection — we'll update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
